Bad week :(

HELLOOOO everyone i have decided to do something different and this will be a very chatty post, maybe to cheer myself up but i hope you like this post and if you have been feeling down recently too i hope you feel better like i'm trying to.

So this whole week Monday the 28th of April to the Friday the 2nd of May i had such a bad school week it was unreal the reason was we have been having tests and it was really stressful but also i felt like rubbish, sad all week and i just weren't my cheery hyper self and i also just wanted to cry for many reasons!! I felt like everything was breaking inside me and no one could fix it but just in general i think i was have just a rubbish week and i was over thinking!

I'm going to tell you some of the things that cheered me up it might not work on you but give it a go.
So here goes.

1. Firstly my friends knew why i was upset because one of my closest friends was there with me when it happened but i told the rest of my friends and they just helped me and they were supportive and told me not to worry because everything will get better and that they will always be here for me. so basically my advice is to talk to your friends about it.

2. Next i think you should just cry it all out because even if you are angry sad or both i think the best way is to cry it out in your bedroom or your favourite quite place.

3. Next is just have fun and try and forget about it ask to meet up with friends, have a party and you wont be thinking about it your mind will be in a party crazy mode.

4. Next i think the best thing is put on your favorite song, singer or band and listen to music turn up the volume high and just sing and dance and go crazy!

5.  Last of all just remember it will get better so if you don't want to talk about it to family or friends you can always write it down in your notepad or something to let your feelings out.
